As Business Operations Specialist, you will not only contribute to the running of our French operations but also play a pivotal role in improving our operational processes and expanding our business.
By monitoring our operational activities on a daily basis and leading key projects, your work will lead to positive changes and improvements.
Within the Operation Management team, you will be at the heart of papernest's strategic challenge Your main missions:Collaborate with our different departments (data, product, marketing, CRM) to work on high-value projects. Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies. Manage projects from A to Z such as launching new lines of business, developing a new process... Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to all stakeholders. Deliver precise and insightful standalone analyses to the Head of Operations/COO.
