An exciting brand new role has been created for a Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our business.

Reporting into the Commercial Transformation Manager for our Food Packaging Division, the purpose of this role is the enhancement of commercial productivity / sales efficiency across Trays and Flexibles Films business with focus on:
Support the Sales teams in the process and workflows accomplishment

Implement best commercial practices across Division

Ad-hoc business analysis

Tasks and responsibilities:

Organisational efficiency / alignment:

Analyze and support the organisational and operational structure of FP - attend Commercial initiatives reviews and convey the necessary information and actions

Support in the preparation and performance of appropriate training related to new tools, systems and processes.

Add-hoc support to the Sales teams by performing daily activities related to process under review till they are set and fixed.

Scope of supporting systems + tools, with strong focus on digitization analytical tools implementation:

Support the effectiveness of available sales supporting systems such as Sales Force, SAP, JDE, Business Warehouse, PBi and connected programs.

Improvement or amendment of the sales supporting tools where necessary to further increase transparency and efficiency.

Analysis of the non-productive tasks - origins / drivers.

Support the implementation of best commercial practices across Divisions: SF Opportunity Funnel, Forecasting, Order Processing, Pricing (in cooperation with Pricing Management Team).

Customer satisfaction enhancement:
process + workflow mapping alignment

Participate in the improvement of existing processes between sales/CS and supporting functions / departments

Documentation and support in the implementation of missing processes between sales/CS and supporting functions / departments.

Support in the implementation of CX metrics: NPS and others

Knowledge, skills & experience

2-3 years of related business/industry experience

Proven project management skills

High level of results orientation and drive

Familiar with Sales processes and systems

Plastics/ film industry experience preferred

Fluent business English and Spanish skills

Advanced user of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Sales Force)
