As an Associate Product Manager within our Product team, you will play a crucial role in executing strategic initiatives for one of the health and fitness apps in our portfolio.

This position demands a profound comprehension of user behavior, data-informed decision-making, and a dedication to delivering tangible value to our users.


Role Overview:

As an entry-level Product Manager, you possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You thrive on tackling intricate problems and advocating for product strategies that prioritize user needs. You actively engage in agile methodologies to develop solutions that optimize value for both our users and the business.

Your mindset is one of continuous growth and exploration, embracing experimentation and learning from setbacks to better fulfill user expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions for specific challenges within your app, aligning with Welltech's overarching objectives and mission.
  • Efficiently manage the product backlog to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Define clear product requirements to address genuine user pain points effectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enrich the product experience and ensure seamless user journeys.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine product offerings based on identified needs and preferences.
  • Utilize data insights to prioritize tasks and enhance product performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize product outcomes.
  • Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders and contribute to team reporting efforts.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in product management principles, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, demonstrating a capacity for rapid learning and selfguided progress.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute smallscale projects.
  • Familiarity with competitor landscapes and the ability to position our product effectively within the market.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of articulating product decisions in alignment with business objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of user research methodologies and UX principles, including proficiency in A/B testing.
  • Competence in tracking team progress against defined objectives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with the product team in feature releases and iterative improvements.
  • Knowledge of app development processes and technologies, with a preference for engagement in the broader Product community.
