Descripción:

El objetivo principal será desarrollar los distintos recubrimientos metálicos para los motores del cohete MIURA 5

Responsabilidades:

  • Evaluar y elegir el mejor procedimiento para cada proceso.
  • Definir los parámetros óptimos para cada proceso.
  • Definir y crear la documentación necesaria para la ejecución de cada proceso.
  • Establecer los controles y pruebas necesarios.
  • Evaluar los datos y resultados del proceso, estableciendo acciones correctivas o de mejora si es necesario.
  • Tratar con los proveedores de materias primas y equipos.

Conocimientos requeridos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Aeronáutica/Aeroespacial o Mecánica con especialización en Materiales.
  • Podrán considerarse otras formaciones académicas en función de la experiência laboral pertinente.

Competencias requeridas:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiência en procesos de galvanoplastia de metales no férreos.
  • Conocimientos profundos de química de procesos electroquímicos.
  • Experiência en parametrización y optimización de procesos complejos.
  • Conocimientos de enmascaramiento (tipos, preparación, aplicación...).
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de caracterización de recubrimientos metálicos.
  • Experiência en el sector aeronáutico y/o espacial.
  • Experiência trabajando con sistemas ERP y LIMS.
  • Habituado a trabajar con diversas normas (ISO, ASTM, ECSS, MIL, NACE...).
  • Familiarizado con fuentes de producción científica.
  • Acostumbrado a trabajar bajo presión sin perder seguridad y calidad.
  • Metódico y con capacidad de síntesis.
  • Estricto cumplimiento de las normas HSE.
- Ágil, proactivo y orientado al logro.

  • Capaz de trabajar en equipo e interactuar con todos los departamentos implicados.

Competencias deseadas:

  • Experiência en procesos de galvanoplastia de cobre y níquel.
  • Experiência en metalografía y ensayos destructivos.
  • Experiência en otros procesos de revestimiento y tratamientos superficiales en metales ferrosos y no ferrosos (por ejemplo, pulverización térmica, pulverización en frío, electropulido,
- revestimientos de conversión...).

  • Experiência en la visualización de modelos 3D mediante software CAD, así como en la interpretación de planos complejos.
  • Conocimiento de la legislación española y europea aplicable a los productos y equipos utilizados (REACH, marcado CE...), así como EHS.
  • Certificado según esquema FROSIO o esquema NACE.
