We're seeking a Chief of Staff who can help synchronize company goals, enhance internal communication, and implement and oversee the company's vision.
The position
Alignment and Establishment of Goal Framework- Analyze and report on current goal systems to grasp the company's present state
- Define a strategic framework for company objectives in collaboration with senior management to set clear and attainable goals for all team members
- Work with company founders, leaders, and managers to ensure alignment of initiatives and proper goal setting for a precise strategic path
- Develop, implement, and monitor an evaluation system to gauge progress towards goals, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and make necessary adjustments
- Create a timeline system for setting objectives in advance with senior leadership
- Revamp existing internal forums for visibility and decision-making at various intervals and act as a dynamic moderator in internal meetings for more effective decision-making
- Institute and sustain efficient communication channels between departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals, working alongside HR to foster appropriate communication channels within the company
- Arrange regular meetings and forums to encourage proactive collaboration, information sharing, and addressing challenges and opportunities
- Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and promote a culture of cooperation and teamwork across departments
- Enhance the current reporting system among company stakeholders to align with the latest enhancements, issues, and opportunities
- Offer strategic support to the CEO and other C-level executives and senior leaders to execute plans in the short, medium, and long run
- Act as a strategic consultant to the executive team, providing insights and analysis to facilitate decision-making related to the vision, such as new key recruitments and entering international markets
- Identify and assess potential expansion opportunities contributing to company growth, including international markets, potential acquisitions, and organizational aspects, while outlining project scopes, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Organize company schedules, calendars, and priorities to maximize productivity and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
- Drive the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan, aligning goals and objectives with the long-term vision and actively contributing to the business plan's development
- Support founders and HR in cultivating the right company culture encompassing internal communications, values, benefits, day-to-day operations, and employee governance
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and data-driven with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in organizing and leading multiple teams and departments in executive capacities
- Proficient in planning and spearheading strategic initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate productively across departments
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Consulting background focused on operations management
- Highly dependable within the organization
- Fluency in English and Spanish
