We are in search of an exceptional MBA candidate to join our expanding global team. With a bold vision and exciting growth trajectory, we require assistance from leaders who can drive this phase of expansion. You will receive mentorship from our CEO and engage in various projects within the CEO Office to advance your career at Zinier.
Initiatives may include:
- Define product strategy to reach $1 billion in annual revenues
- Refine our GTM approach based on revenue team success
- Assist in expanding to new verticals/geographies
- Lead key customer engagement endeavors
- Implement a metrics-driven approach to company growth and operations
- Establish the company as a thought leader and disruptor in the chosen domain
The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and leaders. We seek individuals who are driven, passionate, adept at managing multiple priorities, and can seamlessly transition from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
We will support your professional development according to your aspirations, enabling you to lead a function or team at Zinier within 18-24 months of joining.
What you will contribute- BS/BA + MBA qualification required
- Must have a passion for Field Operations and respect for Deskless Workers' contributions
- Prior experience in management consulting and/or growth marketing in a SaaS context preferred
- Demonstrates strong personal accountability, self-initiative, and timely project completion
- Detail-oriented, proficient in project planning and tracking
- Analytical, capable of collecting and presenting data-driven success metrics
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
