Misión del puesto
Este rol desempeña un papel principal en la ejecución de programas de vídeo de marca, desde la preproducción hasta la posproducción, pasando por la producción física.
El Productor Senior es responsable de la calidad del producto final y de la gestión de cada parte del proceso para conseguirlo, incluida la supervisión de otros Productores y Productores Asociados.
Este puesto también sirve como punto de conexión para la producción, el desarrollo creativo, la gestión de la producción, la posproducción, las ventas, el marketing, los Talent, asuntos jurídicos y empresariales, etc.
Principales
Responsabilidades:
- Producir varias campañas de vídeo simultáneas para clientes de gran prestigio en multitud de marcas y categorías publicitarias, garantizando fielmente que la visión creativa se materialice a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto, cumpliendo al mismo tiempo las normas de calidad más exigentes. Supervisar y gestionar los esfuerzos de Productores, Productores Asociados y empresas de producción.
- Gestionar todos los aspectos de nuestras producciones más exigentes: buscar talentos, localizaciones, proveedores, guionistas y colaboradores autónomos según sea necesario, crear calendarios y presupuestos de producción y gestionar el proceso de revisión tanto para los clientes como para las partes interesadas internas. Dirigir los rodajes, en el plató o a distancia, según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Desarrollo Creativo de Marca en las respuestas a las solicitudes de propuestas en preventa, elaborando presupuestos y calendarios de producción y resolviendo incidencias cuando haya dificultades en alguno de estos aspectos. En ocasiones, asumir la responsabilidad de la preventa en lugar del productor ejecutivo si el alcance lo permite. Establecer expectativas realistas al tiempo que se negocian compensaciones y se ofrecen soluciones. Asegurarse de que cada producción esté preparada para el éxito, incluso antes de que se venda el programa.
- Representar al equipo de producción en las reuniones con los clientes y en las llamadas de producción, dirigiendo la conversación en todo lo relacionado con la producción.
- Resolver incidencias a diario.
Requisitos:
- Más de 6 años de experiência en producción de vídeo en una editorial, agencia o productora.
- Experiência liderando la producción de vídeo digital de larga duración, campañas socialfirst y/o ejecuciones dirigidas por influencers.
- Experiência específica en la producción de vídeo de marca.
- Se valorará la experiência en la producción de podcasts de audio. Experiência con otras ejecuciones como cobertura experiêncial, artículos digitales y fotografía fija son un valor añadido, pero no obligatorio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto en persona como a distancia. Habilidad para elaborar correos electrónicos dirigidos a clientes y responsables. Capacidad de colaboración y liderazgo en una organización compleja y matricial.
- Nível de ingles: C2 (se realizarán las entrevistas en inglés)
