We are part of Vodafone Business Product Engineering and we are looking for aCybersecurity Engineering Manager.We are searching for a seasoned and visionary person to lead a global team of experts in building a best-in-class portfolio of cybersecurity products.
In this role:
you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cybersecurity offerings and driving significant business will lead a global team of cybersecurity engineers and architects responsible for design, development, and implementation of the cybersecurity will define the product technology vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with our product management colleagues and business will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging the exchange of ideas and rapid will manage the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and will partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product management) to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market will stay abreast of the evolving threat landscape and emerging cybersecurity technologies, translating them into actionable product will develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and partners in the cybersecurity will communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on product progress and performance metrics.
We're seeking individuals with:
experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related track record of leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams in a global environment.demonstrated experience in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to understanding of current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation understanding of the cybersecurity software landscape.ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
