Vodafone Business is the enterprise arm of Vodafone Group, with over €10B in revenue we serve customers all around the world, from small and medium business (SMEs), to large multinationals (MNCs) with a wide variety of products and services. We are part of Vodafone Business Product Engineering and we are looking for a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Delivery

We look for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to lead the global delivery of our cybersecurity portfolio. In this role, you will guide a team of delivery managers in the successful execution of product development roadmaps, from conception through release and ongoing support. You will possess a keen understanding of cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and software development methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple cybersecurity product development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources (people, budget, technology) effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Establish and refine our ways of working to ensure we continuously improve reducing our time to market and cost to deliver.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, sales, marketing, customer operations) to ensure a cohesive product development life cycle.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress. Provide clear and concise reports to leadership on project status, budgets, and resource needs.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach project managers and development team members to foster a high-performance delivery culture.

We are looking for these principal skills:

• General Experience: Experience in project management within a product development environment, including some years in a leadership role.
• Cybersecurity Experience: Proven track record of leading cybersecurity-related projects. A strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, threats, vulnerabilities and solutions.
• Project Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS project). Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification.
• Technical Competency: Strong understanding of software development principles such as continuous delivery, technologies and industry trends.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, inspire and mentor teams to achieve exceptional results.
