Job Description Summary:


Highly qualified analytics professional with experience optimizing omnichannel marketing touchpoints as well as understanding and demonstrating business impact through different data sources.


The position will be providing analytical direction and support on strategic clients, brands and projects and will help guide more junior analysts to improve our clients' marketing programs (from branding to performance projects) and prove marketing efforts impact.


The senior marketing data analyst will serve as a primary point of contact between many of our clients and stakeholders around managing and enhancing our clients' omnichannel measurement.


Job Description:

  • Lead omnichannel measurement frameworks by connecting all marketing touchpoints in a single point of view
  • Architect solutions & provide recommendations that drive results on client campaigns & objectives
  • Develop, maintain and upgrade of Looker dashboards
  • Develop custom performance reporting and analyses across multiple channels/clients
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Quickly understand multiple data sources and develop methodology for joining data that will add value
  • Define data collection from multiple sources, including media platforms, market research, crm, social media, digital and business data.
  • Analyze business data, including sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Identify factors influencing business performance and assess their impact.
  • Conduct indepth analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Present insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to track campaign performance and business metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and addressing data anomalies or discrepancies.
  • Implement data governance best practices and maintain data documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and media analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation, and insights generation.
  • Experience managing a team of analysts or other creative thinkers
  • Media Platforms and 3rd Party Tools (SA 360, Campaign Manager, Google Adwords, DoubleClick, MediaMath, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with digital marketing or web analytics preferred (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as: Looker, Big Query, Datorama, Power BI
  • Additional ideal knowledge:
  • CRM Data Analysis (Customer Segmentation, Churn, Lifetime Value, Acquisition, etc.)
  • Data analysis tools such as SQL, Big Query, Python, R, or similar programming languages is
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C1) qualifications: Excellent written and oral presentation skills as you will be in touch with international teams based in the UK, France, and Italy.
  • Strong problem solving and consulting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
