En este contexto, necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Cockpit un Senior Data Analyst, que sea capaz de analizar transversalmente y con visión de negocio los datos para ayudar a identificar insights de cliente y así implementar iniciativas que mejoren su experiência.


Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Definición de KPIs que representen la experiência de nuestros clientes.
  • Diseño de dashboards que permitan una monitorización de las iniciativas implementadas y/o KPIs de seguimiento.
  • Elaboración de informes, contraste de hipótesis y respuesta a preguntas de negocio.
  • Realización de presentaciones de resultados.
  • Participación en proyectos de IA
  • Control de calidad de las bases de datos y análisis realizados.
  • Colaboración con otras áreas para identificar iniciativas y nuevas fuentes de información.
  • Coordinación con otras áreas para intercambios de información, metodologías y mejores prácticas.
  • Proactividad a la hora de proponer análisis e identificar iniciativas.
    Formación Reglada:Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Informática o Telecomunicaciones, Economía

Experiência requerida:

De 3 a 5 años de experiência en puestos similares o consultoría.
Conocimiento del sector (deseable).-
Idiomas:B- C1 hablado y escrito

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Habituado a trabajar con bases de datos en entornos de explotación del data.
Experto en SQL y creación de dashboards.

Experiência en herramientas:
Excel, DataStudio, Powerpoint.

Valorable conocimientos de Python, IA, etc.-
Otros Requisitos:Perfil orientado a resultados, con enfoque estratégico y con visión para optimizar procesos de trabajo.
