Marketing and Sales Associate
Flomics is a biotech company from Barcelona founded in 2018, focused on the

development of a revolutionary
multi-cancer diagnosis solution through liquid biopsy.

Our technology is based on the analysis of
cell-free RNA, taking advantage of the

dynamic nature of these molecules, that reflect the actual state of the cells even before

the appearance of the first symptoms. This, combined with Flomics
bioinformatics

platform Stratus, make us believe we can bring a game-changing revolution to the

world of
cancer diagnostics. Everything from a single blood sample.

We are looking for a talented
Marketing and Sales Associate with an
entrepreneurial

mind and startup attitude to lead and take our Marketing & Sales Department to the next
level. You and Flomics will work together in the definition of the marketing and sales
strategy, initially more focused on our Genomics Services. For this task, we look for
nothing less than an audacious marketer who is ready to join our "A team", and show the
world what Flomics is developing, in an appealing and efficient way. As a fast-growing

You should have:

  • Degree (Bachelor or Masters) or equivalent experience in Life Sciences or related
field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business
development roles.

  • Detail oriented, posses quantitative and analytical skills
  • A resultdriven and organized individual
  • Highlevel communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement Flomics marketing and sales strategies.
  • Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
  • Update Flomics corporate image, including new logo, website, marketing
materials and others.

  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Work with internal team and external consultants in the management of the
business development cycle to successfully close contracts of genomics

services. This includes leads and opportunities development, proposal

preparation, budgeting, project scoping, client presentation, negotiation and

close.

  • Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services
  • Define, implement and manage Flomics communication strategy, from press
releases to social media.

  • Manage and update the company website.
