Spa Manager que gestione el Spa de uno de nuestros hoteles de Marbella.
En tu nuevo puesto serás responsable de:
- Dirigir, controlar y hacer seguimiento de los servicios prestados en el centro.
- Crear estrategias de posicionamiento y ventas.
- Analizar, impulsar y coordinar las tareas comerciales necesarias para aumentar la venta de los servicios del spa, mejorando la productividad.
- Gestionar y promover en el equipo técnicas de cross seling y up selling.
- Dar seguimiento a que se cumplan los protocolos internos proporcionados por la empresa.
- Control de presupuestos.

Requisitos:
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Experiência en la posición ofertada en hoteles de 5
- Inglés nível alto, se valorarán otros idiomas.
- Estar al dia de las tendecias en el ambito del wellness.
- MS office nível alto.
- Gestión de presupuestos.
- Gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.
