  • Previous experience in B2B or Loyalty Programs will give you an extra edge. What you'll be doing day to day IKEA for Business is the fastest growing and most promising growth area for us as a company. Already a multi-billion euro 'business' (no pun intended) for IKEA, it is poised to grow substantially over the coming years. Around the world, we allow other companies to deliver upon their dreams with our interior design solutions and products – be it a small tech start up with a handful of employees, a local restaurant that wants to expand, or a large real estate development firm that needs thousands of kitchens for their next project. The scale and diversity of IKEA for Business is mind-blowing, and we are looking for the extraordinary team that will tackle it all. In your role as Product Owner for IKEA for Business Network you will be responsible for developing and revamping a new version of our Loyalty Program for Businesses, defining the benefits together with our business partners and the markets, and bringing such benefits to life in our digital touchpoints. A real Swiss knife, you will work as easily with the business side as with the tech side. You will adjust and challenge the roadmap to reflect business and user needs. You will test hypotheses and ideas on the field with ingenious MVPs and measure feature performance through A/B testing, behavior data and KPIs. You will ensure the quality of shipped products and share best practices with other squads. Data will be your ally when building arguments and making decisions. you are comfortable joining a team whose mission is wide enough to depend on the alignment with other teams in Group Digital to develop and bring value to our customers. In this role you will report to the Product Manager for IKEA for Business. This role is based in our global digital hub in Madrid, Spain. We inspire and empower small and medium sized enterprises through our range, services, communities and knowledge, to help them to succeed in their terms. Together, we create a better life at work IKEA for Business aims to unlock a substantial billion annual growth potential in the B2B market by positioning IKEA as a trusted partner for businesses. The IKEA Business Network (IBN) was launched in 2020 as a B2B loyalty program, and within four years, it has gained over 2 million members, contributing positively to revenue and member engagement. The current focus is on exploring IBN 2.0 to further enhance value and achieve the ambitious goal of 10 million active members by 2030. The opportunities we are exploring center around convenience, affordability, recognition, and connections. The exploration approach involves ideation, experimentation, and analysis, utilizing a structured Experimentation Framework. Key objectives include growing the member base, increasing engagement, and delivering more value to IKEA through innovative benefits and services tailored to business customers' needs. The analysis and insights gained from experiments will inform the development of IBN 2.0, aligning with IKEA's strategic goals for sustainable B2B growth. Questions and support?
