What you'll be doing day to day
IKEA for Business represents our most rapidly expanding and promising business segment. Already a multi-billion euro venture for IKEA, it is set for substantial growth in the foreseeable future.
Internationally, we enable other companies to realize their aspirations through our interior design solutions and products, catering to a variety of businesses ranging from small startups to large real estate developers.
The scope and diversity of IKEA for Business are remarkable, and we are seeking an extraordinary team to tackle these challenges.
As the Product Owner for IKEA for Business Network, your responsibilities include developing and enhancing a new iteration of our Loyalty Program for Businesses. You will collaborate with business partners and markets to define benefits and implement them across our digital platforms.
Acting as a versatile asset, you will seamlessly navigate between the business and technical aspects. You will adapt and refine the roadmap to align with business and user requirements. Additionally, you will experiment with hypotheses and ideas using innovative MVPs, while evaluating feature performance through A/B testing, behavioral data, and KPIs.
You will ensure product quality and share best practices with other teams. Data will serve as a crucial tool for justifying decisions and driving strategies.
You will be comfortable working within a team with broad objectives, relying on collaboration with other teams in Group Digital to deliver value to our customers.
In this role, you will report to the Product Manager for IKEA for Business, located at our global digital hub in Madrid, Spain.

IKEA for Business aims to unlock significant growth potential in the B2B market by positioning IKEA as a reliable partner for businesses.
The IKEA Business Network (IBN) started as a B2B loyalty program and has amassed over 2 million members within four years, positively impacting revenue and member engagement.
Current efforts are focused on enhancing IBN 2.0 to deliver more value and attract 10 million active members. The exploration involves concepts of convenience, affordability, recognition, and connectivity, employing an Experimentation Framework for structured analysis and innovation.
The goal is to expand the member base, boost engagement, and provide enhanced value to IKEA through innovative benefits and services tailored to business customers' needs.
