As a Demand Planner, you will take the lead in the demand review and sign-off process, aiming to generate an unbiased forecast to optimize accuracy, customer service levels, and inventories for the EMEA Region. This role provides excellent visibility and requires collaboration with key stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of the global demand process and sign-off with the overall IBP consensus to drive value at the P&L and service level
  • Lead a transformative project to enhance business integration, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Coach the demand community towards significant improvements (DP, CX, and sales teams)
  • Optimize the demand process and foster strong collaboration with the business and operations community to enable informed decision-making in supply planning and S&OP
  • Incorporate all forecast intelligence and promotional information into the demand process, closely engaging with key clients to capture realistic demand projections
  • Identify root causes of inefficiencies in the forecasting process, analyzing significant forecast deviations, and enhancing bias and accuracy
  • Participate in decision-making committees concerning new products, adoptions, and discontinuations to ensure a clear understanding of volumes and timelines

What you bring:

  • Engineering Degree or B.A. / B.S. degree in business administration, supply chain, or management information
  • 3 years of experience in demand planning, with statistical modeling expertise being a plus
  • Ability to lead and influence others towards consensus
  • Strong time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and multitasking effectively
  • Proficiency in analysis, organization, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Highly skilled in SAP, Kinaxis, Excel, and best fit models
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
