El/la
Demand Planner se encargará de:

  • Apoyar los procesos de planificación de la demanda de productos nuevos y existentes.
  • Supervisar las suposiciones de pronóstico y refinarlas para continuar impulsando la precisión.
  • Realizar mantenimiento de pronósticos mensuales.
  • Analice el rendimiento de las ventas y los comentarios para impulsar las ventas en líneas de movimiento lento y reducir el exceso de existencias.
  • Servir de enlace con los proveedores para monitorear la ruta crítica e informar cualquier riesgo potencial para los presupuestos planificados.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Ventas, Productos y Adquisiciones que gestionan el inventario y el flujo de existencias.
  • Abordar los problemas relacionados con la demanda de manera oportuna y eficaz.
  • Optimice la utilización de existencias en todos los territorios.
  • Identificar exceso de stock e impulsar planes de liquidación.
  • Actualizar a los clientes y al equipo de ventas sobre la disponibilidad de productos.
  • Apoyar al Gerente de Compras e Inventario en todas las demás tareas operativas según sea necesario.

El/la
Demand Planner requiere de:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en una función de demanda/pronóstico.
-
Fluido en inglés (C1)

  • Maestría en negocios, cadena de suministro u otros campos relevantes.
  • Una sólida comprensión de las prácticas y procedimientos de gestión de inventario.
  • Habilidades de negociación avanzadas.
  • Capacidad multitarea en un entorno acelerado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Proactivo con capacidad de prever problemas y encontrar soluciones para mitigar el riesgo empresarial.

Buen conocimiento de herramientas de software:
SAP/S4, Tableau, CRM, Advanced Excel, Word
