Performance Paid Media Manager

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Strategy Development & Budget Management (50% of workload)_
- Craft a comprehensive regional master plan, detailing budget, ad formats, channel mix, and content alignment.
- Steward the Paid Media budget, advising on allocation strategies to maximize engagement and ROI across all phases and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with regional Paid Media agencies and eactivation specialists to coalesce plans and briefings.
- Empower eactivation specialists with astute recommendations, guiding the creation of assets that supercharge Performance Paid Media campaigns.
- Vigilantly assess and challenge the regional Paid Media agency's budgeting strategies, ensuring fiscal precision and strategic amplification.
- Execution & Performance Analysis (50% of workload)_
- Oversee the daytoday execution of Paid Media strategies, meticulously tracking and measuring results to ensure campaign success.
- Ensure that Paid Media executions align seamlessly with strategic briefings and timelines.
- Dive deep into agency reports on a weekly basis, extracting insights and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Innovate through conducting performance media tests, constantly pushing the envelope to enhance our reach and impact.
- Hold the agency accountable for performance, engaging in proactive dialogue to refine and uplift our KPIs.
- Craft detailed reports on campaign outcomes, distilling data into actionable insights to propel future campaign strategies.
- Manage the Performance Paid Media budget with endtoend ownership, from spending oversight to purchase order management and spend reconciliation, all while ensuring alignment with Regional Online Managers.
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ yrs demonstrable expertise in Paid Media, acquired through roles in external agencies or inhouse positions
- Comprehensive skills in managing traffic across various platforms and levers
- Solid background in a Media Agency setting, enriched with handson experience
- Indepth knowledge of key Paid Media Tools, including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Proficient in data analytics with a strong emphasis on insightful reporting and performance evaluation
