Actualmente, buscamos una persona que se una a nuestro equipo de Performance como Paid Media Manager , reportando a nuestra Head of Performance, en nuestras oficinas en el centro de Madrid.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Participar en el desarrollo estratégico y creativo de las diferentes campañas digitales, desde la planificación al lanzamiento y posterior ejecución de resultados. Coordinar la compra de medios de forma efectiva y eficiente. Realizar análisis de campañas y resultados, así como revisiones periódicas de estructuras, proporcionando información relevante y continuada sobre el rendimiento de las campañas a todos los implicados e interesados, siempre basada en datos. Trabajar de la mano con otras áreas para alinear estrategias y conseguir los objetivos del equipo y la organización. Asegurar la correcta implementación de nuevas soluciones, test o guías de optimización centradas en buscar eficiencias en la compra de medios y los resultados de crecimiento. Controlar, supervisar y gestionar el presupuesto general, no solo a nivel reporting sino también a nivel objetivos, planteamiento de mejoras en el rendimiento y control de facturación. Definir, medir y evaluar KPIs relevantes para las campañas y alinear al equipo en torno a los mismos. Formación y onboarding a los nuevos miembros, además de formación y capacitación al equipo en novedades de negocio y del sector. Estar al día en las novedades de cada tecnología, así como las mejores prácticas de la industria, tratando de implementar dichas novedades dentro del proceso de mejora. Interlocución con Country Managers para reportar acciones realizadas, así como compartir datos de mercado y buscar sinergias entre áreas. Análisis de tendencia, mercado y todos los derivados, para proponer mejoras en las campañas y desarrollo de las mismas. Elaboración de informes para los diferentes stakeholders.¿Por qué Civitatis?

¿Qué buscamos?
Valorable estudios universitarios en Publicidad y RRPP, Marketing, Empresariales/ADE (con postgrado en Marketing). Experiencia en grandes clientes o agencia (será un plus si son clientes del sector Travel), gestionando grandes inversiones y estrategias full funnel. +5 años de experiencia en marketing, preferentemente en Paid Media, estrategias y ejecutando campañas en diferentes canales. Al menos, 2 años de experiencia liderando un equipo de Paid Media Specialists. Conocimientos avanzados de traficado de campañas y medición (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager...). Uso avanzado de Excel, incluido tablas dinámicas y vlookups, así como Power Point. Inglés C1.
