Misión del puesto:

Organizar, ejecutar y supervisar la gestión de administración de personal de sus hoteles siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos de Meliá Hotels International, con la finalidad de cumplir eficientemente con las obligaciones laborales que se genere en la relación laboral.


Funciones del puesto:

  • Apoyar al HR Manager en la realización de los rolling forecast analizando el coste social del resto del año de los hoteles comprendidos dentro del centro de operaciones.
  • Apoyar al responsable del dpto. en la elaboración de las proyecciones.
  • Gestionar, realizar seguimiento y controlar las ausencias con impacto a Seguridad Social y Nómina (Enfermedades comunes, accidentes de trabajo, enfermedad profesional, maternidad, etc.).
  • Controlar y mantener el archivo documental requerido: Contratos, Absentismos, Finiquitos, Retenciones Judiciales, Incidencias de pago, Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, LOPD, Modelo 145).
  • Coordinar y asegurar junto con el Jefe de Departamento, el correcto registro de la jornada diaria de los trabajadores según la legislación local y los sistemas de control disponibles en los centros de trabajo.
  • Llevar a cabo convocatorias ordinarias y extraordinarias del comité de seguridad y salud. Mantiene actualizados los nombramientos del equipo de emergencia y asegura la vigilancia del plan de autoprotección.
  • Asegurar que se llevan a cabo las investigaciones de accidentes. Hacer seguimiento de las medidas de actuación.



¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en posición similar.
  • Formación: Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos.
  • Conocimientos específicos: conocimiento de operativa hotelera, manejo de Paquete Office (Excel, Word, PPT...), Administración de RRHH, Conocimiento de SAP Success Factors; Conocimiento legislación Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
