Job description

SWATCH is looking for a candidate

To oversee the online sales platform and address customer inquiries efficiently

  • Reporting to Brand Manager and HQ Digital Department on Sales, traffic, campaigns, and KPIs
  • Handling SEO, SEM campaigns, and newsletters
  • Liaising with the E-commerce Department in Switzerland for optimal e-store operations
  • Notifying customers about special promotions and new product launches
  • Managing daily operations such as orders, payments, shipping, and customer service
  • Collaborating with various departments on administrative tasks and projects

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Digital Marketing & Sales or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Marketplaces sales
  • Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and result-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, Magento, Calleo, Analytics, Fraud tools, and Saleforce
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

Professional requirements

  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce and retail
  • Keen interest in the digital space and a commitment to continuous improvement

Languages

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
