About the Team

This role is highly visible within the geography and requires demonstration of leadership beyond the immediate span of control.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Actively coach, support, and lead by example a team of individual contributors
  • Leverage full breadth of digital selling techniques in order to ensure robust territory coverage and deliver strong pipeline
  • Develop strategies to create new opportunities where none previously exist
  • Effectively position Workday's unique value proposition against competitors
  • Connect with Csuite decision makers and articulate Workday's impact on business value
  • Drive Workday Culture and crossgroup collaboration within the Spanish organization as a member of the local leadership team
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
  • Provide real additional value to our dedicated customers and secure the Workday culture in putting our customers always first
About You

  • Experience as a front line or second line sales manager
  • Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, teambased sales environments
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Experience in managing a team of highly skilled opportunitycreating and businesstransformational Account Executives in Spain

Skills and Competencies:

  • True passion for delivering results through others
  • High level of accountability in a high growth environment
  • Well aboveaverage written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven as a selfstarter, fastlearner, and agent of change
  • Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies, with existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & native level Spanish

Education:

  • Masters preferred
