DriiveMe sta cercando un esperto Business Development Manager per unirsi al nostro dinamico team. Questo ruolo è cruciale per la nostra crescita, con un focus sull'espansione della nostra presenza e del nostro database clienti in Italia. Come elemento chiave del nostro team, sarai responsabile della creazione di strategie per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita, coltivare relazioni con i clienti per far progredire il nostro business.

**Responsabilità chiave**:

- Crescere e garantire il successo dell'Unità di Business (BU).
- Sviluppare e raggiungere obiettivi di vendita e profitto in collaborazione con il Country Manager italiano
- Creare e implementare strategie per raggiungere e superare tali obiettivi.
- Identificare nuovi settori e opportunità per superare gli obiettivi.
- Supervisionare le finanze della BU con un'attenzione particolare alla fatturazione e al flusso di cassa.
- Assumere e gestire il personale a seconda delle necessità, garantendo un ambiente lavorativo produttivo.
- Coinvolgersi nell'acquisizione di nuovi clienti in Italia.
- Facilitare l'onboarding dei clienti e garantire la loro soddisfazione con i nostri servizi.
- Supportare le attività di marketing per migliorare le comunità di clienti e autisti.
- Lavorare in sintonia con la nostra sede centrale a Parigi e con gli altri team europei.

**La Persona**
- Laurea universitaria o esperienza lavorativa nel campo correlato.
- Comprovato successo nelle vendite B2B preferibilmente nell'industria automobilistica.
- Fluente in italiano + spagnolo C1
- Familiarità con gli strumenti digitali (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite).
- Indipendente, altamente motivato e perseverante.
- Spirito imprenditoriale con un interesse per l'innovazione e la crescita.
