RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Averiguar cómo trabajan mejor los empleados en la oficina, y cuáles son sus necesidades y deseos.
  • Trabajar con RR. HH. en las tareas de contratación de personal.
  • Planificar y organizar las celebraciones en la oficina.
  • Gestionar las salidas fuera de las instalaciones, como la asistencia a talleres, eventos de team building, retiros y actividades similares.
  • Ocuparse de los establecimientos, los proveedores, los estands y los itinerarios.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto para viajes de los empleados.
  • Gestionar vuelos, desplazamientos al aeropuerto y el alojamiento con herramientas
  • Comunicar las necesidades y los objetivos de la empresa a los empleados.
  • Actualizar la información de los empleados sobre los cambios de la empresa, como la personalización de la marca, las contrataciones o las modificaciones dentro de los departamentos.
  • Escuchar y tener en cuenta las preocupaciones y necesidades de los empleados.(Junto con el departamento de informática) Seguridad de datos(Junto con RR. HH.)

Requisitos:

Ingles Bilingüe / Alemán Bilingüe

Grado Medio Auxiliar Administrativo - Protocolo
