Our team is in rapid expansion, and we are currently looking for a
Service Delivery Specialist **to support with the planning, technical implementation, delivery and support of Flexidao's Software-as-a-Service solution for its Fortune1000 clients as well as H2020 R&D projects.


Role Overview


We're looking for a full-time
Service Delivery Intern to provide the best user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands.

You will be joining the Product team, working hand in hand with the Service Delivery Lead.

As a Service Delivery Intern you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.

**Your Challenge

  • Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreedupon customer requirements and ensuring all product/technical, quality and business targets are met
  • Client's projects
  • R&D projects (i.e Horizon 2020)
  • Carry out daily project related activities including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business.
  • Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
  • Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.
  • Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.
**Must-haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (B. S., M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field
  • Knowledge in Project Management
  • Have strong problemsolving skills and be able to think outside the box
  • Customeroriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills. Very fluent in English
**Nice to have

  • Fluent in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc)
  • Master's degree related to renewable energy. Knowledge of agile/scrum process and principles.
