Estamos buscando un perfil que se incorpore al Estudio de Marketing de Multiplica como Social Media Manager con el reto de hacer crecer la comunicación en los canales sociales de nuestros clientes.

En esta posición, estarás a cargo de la generación de estrategias, ideas y distribución de contenido de alta calidad en las distintas redes sociales de nuestros clientes.

El talento ideal es un excelente comunicador con gran habilidad de organización.

Responsabilidades/Actividades:

  • Apoyo al Social Media Strategist en la definición de estrategias de Social Media en Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, X y Youtube. Con especial foco en acciones en Instagram y Tiktok.
  • Estar actualizado en las últimas novedades, formatos y tendencias de Instagram y Tiktok.
  • Integrar la estrategia de contenido en las diferentes campañas anuales/estacionales de las diferentes marcas.
  • Investigación y selección de influencers que sean adecuados para las marcas en función de su audiencia, estilo, valores y alcance en las redes sociales.
  • Negociar los términos y condiciones de la colaboración con los influencers, incluyendo tarifas, tipo de contenido, plazos y expectativas.
  • Idear contenido atractivo para el "always on" en diferentes formatos (carruseles, reels, tiktoks, etc.) y trabajar con el Director de Arte para lograr el resultado esperado.
  • Generar ideas y acciones creativas para campañas/lanzamiento que generen engagement y que siempre estén adaptadas a los diferentes códigos de las distintas redes sociales.
  • Trabajar junto a la Directora creativa en la bajada a redes sociales de conceptos creativos de campañas puntuales.
  • Control de la correcta implementación de la estrategia de redes sociales de cada marca.
  • Planificar y priorizar con el área de diseño los materiales a ejecutar para publicaciones en redes sociales.

Community Manager:
Revisión de la gestión del community management de las diferentes redes sociales de cada cliente.

  • Controlar que todo el contenido de la estrategia de redes y canales de adquisición estén listos para publicarse en tiempo y forma.
  • Gestionar las posibles crisis de reputación
  • Trabajar con clientes y traducir sus necesidades en ideas y tácticas nuevas
  • Apoyar al Community Management en la elaboración de los reportes mensuales de redes sociales.
  • Analizar y reportar acciones tomadas en campañas y su impacto como performance, engagement, KPIs, ROI, web analytics, etc.
  • Participación activa en Pitches, Kickoffs de campaña y Briefings de clientes
  • Conocimiento de tendencias de MK.

Requirements:

¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?

  • Imprescindible tener experiência en comunicación B2C en al menos un 70% de tu trayectoria profesional y un 30% en acciones de comunicación B2B.
  • Reportarás a la Líder Global de Social Media y Contenidos, por lo que deberás tener capacidad de autogestión y reporte constante.
  • Client-Oriented. Si tienes experiência en consultoría o en manejo de cuentas con clientes será un plus.
  • Proactiva/o. Nuestro equipo necesita ideas frescas para nuevos formatos y tácticas para lograr objetivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Con experiência de trabajo en equipos multidisciplinarios (Marketing, Product Management, Contenidos, Diseño) para planear y ejecutar estrategias con impacto en diferentes áreas.
  • Excelente trabajando en equipo y asumiendo responsabilidades conjuntas con un equipo multidisciplinario.
  • Con capacidad para manejar deadlines y trabajar en colaboración en un ambiente dinámico y rápido; altamente organizado/a, con habilidad de trabajar con múltiples equipos en diferentes ubicaciones
  • Con capacidad para priorizar y decidir cómo introducir procesos nuevos sin frenar o alentar los proceso actuales

Requisitos:

  • Contar con +5 años de experiência relacionada con community management, social media y generación de estrategia de contenidos digitales.
  • Experiência comprobada en el diseño y ejecución de estrategias efectivas de marketing con influencers.
  • Conocimiento exhaustivo de todas las redes sociales (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter) con hincapié en Instagram y Tiktok.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de escritura / copywriting
  • Título en comunicación, marketing digital, relaciones públicas o relevante para el puesto. Un máster en Social Media es un plus.
  • Habilidad y proactividad para generar ideas de campañas
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y en un ambiente rápido y dinámico
  • Liderazgo y habilidad de organización
