Este hotel, anteriormente conocido como Byblos, fue inaugurado en 1984 y se convirtió en el hotel predilecto de la élite durante los años 90.
Ahora abre de nuevo sus puertas completamente reformado.Cuenta con 197 habitaciones, todas ellas con terraza y vistas al campo de golf o las montañas.
Bajo la marca Unbound Collection de Hyatt este hotel ofrecerá 3 restaurantes, helipuerto, 2 pistas de tenis y 2 de paddle, gimnasio, centro de wellness con spa y centro de reuniones.
También cuenta con área infantil, tres piscinas y acceso a los campos de golf.Queremos encontrar personas comprometidas, proactivas, detallistas, con afán de excelencia y ganas de desarrollarse en nuestro equipo.
Buscamos a un POOL ATTENDANT para formar parte del departamento de sala.
Esta persona será la imagen del hotel en las zonas de piscina y servirá de enlace de clientes con el departamento de F&B del servicio de piscina en el restaurante Bamboleo y Bartola, apoyando también en materia de peticiones, recomendaciones, preferencias de habitación, etc.
Controlar y vigilar el buen uso de las instalaciones y el comportamiento cívico de los clientes para que no molesten al resto.
Atención y servicio al cliente que haga uso de las zonas de piscina del hotel. Hacer el montaje y desmontaje diario de tumbonas/sombrillas/mesitas de la zona habilitada. Prever necesidades de toallas limpias para clientes y retirar las usadas al lugar requerido. Revisar y reportar a mantenimiento cualquier anomalía o incidencia técnica de las instalaciones. Estar al día de toda información relevante del departamento para el buen desarrollo de su labor. Cumplir con los objetivos de satisfacción de clientes dentro de los estándares y procedimientos internos.Resolución de incidencias o poner en conocimiento al restaurante de las mismas para hacer seguimiento y solucionarlas de la mejor manera posible.
