We have an exciting opportunity to join our Surgical Innovations Division as a Sales Representative looking after our Surgical Innovation Portfolio.

The working territory is Valencia, Xativa, Gandia and Denia, and you will be preferably located in Valencia.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following:
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education on the company's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
- Implement market development plans, strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
- Degree in Life-Science, Engineering, or other relevant degree
- At least 2 years selling experience in the medical device industry or High-Tech environment
- At least 2 years' experience in the Surgical field
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Computer literacy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high degree of organization-prioritization skill
- Ability to work within a highly motivated team as well as autonomously, with a minimum of supervision
- Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers
- Full clean driver license and availability to travelNice to Haves
- Previous measurable theatre sales experience with surgical products
