Descripción del empleo

Tareas

  • Realizar tareas de administración de bases de datos MSSQL y de código abierto;
  • Proporcionar soporte y mantenimiento de aplicaciones para el cliente y los socios;
  • Resolver problemas de aplicación de nível 2 y elevar los problemas de nível 3 a los puntos focales designados;
  • Asistir en la evaluación, configuración e instalación de nuevas versiones de acuerdo con las normas de gestión de la configuración establecidas;
  • Asistir en el despliegue de herramientas y en la aplicación de procesos para ayudar en la asistencia operativa;
  • Realizar transferencias de conocimientos a los níveles 1 y formar a los usuarios finales en el uso de las aplicaciones;
  • Ayudar en el desarrollo y la actualización de la documentación relacionada con las aplicaciones de software, incluida la documentación técnica y los informes del sistema, asistir a reuniones operativas y de otro tipo;
  • Proporcionar apoyo de guardia y en espera 24×7, y trabajar en turnos cuando se solicite;
  • Prestar otro tipo de apoyo ad hoc, lo que incluye la participación en proyectos especiales o el apoyo a la prestación de servicios durante breves periodos de tiempo a tiempo parcial o completo a petición de la alta dirección.

Tasks

  • Perform database administration tasks of MSSQL and open source databases;
  • Assist in the evaluation, configuration and installation of new releases in accordance with established configuration management standards;
  • Assist in the deployment of tools and in the implementation of processes to assist in operational support;
  • Provide standby and oncall 24×7 support, and work in shifts when requested;
  • Provide other ad hoc support this includes the participation in special projects or support to service delivery for a short period of time on a parttime or fulltime basis upon request from the senior management.

Requisitos

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiência en mantenimiento de aplicaciones y soporte informático general;
  • Excelentes conocimientos de gestión de bases de datos;
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiência administrando SQL y Windows;
  • Conocimientos de inglés de nível B2 como mínimo

Se valorará positivamente

  • Buenos conocimientos de aplicaciones cliente/servidor en entorno Windows y aplicaciones.
Net;

  • Buenos conocimientos de Power Platform, Office 365 y SharePoint Online
  • Deseables certificaciones y formación avanzada en tecnologías Microsoft o ITIL.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Database Management;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering SQL and Windows;
  • English language skills of at least B2 level

Nice to Have:

  • Good knowledge of Power Platform, Office 365 and SharePoint Online
  • Certifications and advanced training in Microsoft technologies or ITIL are desirable.

Rate: 25 €/h do 30 €/h net

Working model:
Valencia, Hybrid, on-site 3 times per week, teleworking up to 2 days per week.
