PTC Inside Sales seeks a skilled, passionate, and ambitious Account Executive with a keen interest in Digital Transformation. This position presents exciting prospects for career advancement, leading to a Field Sales role in UK&I.

Situated in a vibrant multicultural setting, our Inside Sales division comprises an international team where professionals from across Europe engage with both existing and potential PTC clients.

Day-To-Day:

  • Drive revenue through transactional sales and enterprise-wide solution offerings, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Lead sales strategy and decision-making to boost revenue generation and achieve quotas
  • Identify and cultivate new accounts while retaining sales within current accounts
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and coordinate training session schedules
  • Forecast revenue in collaboration with the District Manager and Quarterly Commitments

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Passion for emerging technologies and the software market
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and multicultural work environment
  • Proficiency in initiating and nurturing valuable business relationships over the phone
  • Proven experience in an Inside Sales role with sales targets

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in pipeline generation and/or sales, preferably within the Software industry
  • Track record of success, competitive drive, and a strong desire for achievement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar approaches
  • Effective prioritization, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Native English proficiency
