About the Role:
Your role:
As a Senior Product manager in Digital Finance you will:
- Shape the product vision and design its roadmap, prioritizing activities amongst competing business interests to align with business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to ensure product success by gathering and aligning business requirements with IT.
- Establish robust business practices for the testing phase, ensuring efficiency and excellence in product enhancements.
- Create comprehensive user training materials to ensure successful adoption of our digital solutions.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across users and stakeholders.
- Promote and drive the adoption of our digital solutions across the business.
- Own and monitor the product's adoption and stability KPIs.

Requirements:
Essential:
- 5+ years of product management experience, successfully launching and scaling digital products in Finance or similar domain.
- Ability to work with engineers, designers, and business analysts to develop detailed product plans and understand technical details.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills with developers, technical experts, and senior stakeholders.
- Capability to align product vision with business strategy and make datadriven decisions.
- Strong ability to interpret data and leverage analytics for decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top leaders and end users.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting inputs.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Bonus:
- Experience with crossplatform solutions like PWA or Flutter.
