We have an exciting role in Animal Health Unit, called "CX2 Centre Campaign Analyst", where you will manage the tracking and measurement of automated omni-channel marketing campaigns built by the CX2 Centre Campaign management team.

This tracking and measurement will enable the impact analysis of campaigns to derive broader insights and ultimately, to optimize ongoing and future OPU's campaigns.


You will work closely with the CX2 Centre Lead, CX2 Campaign managers and CX2 Platform Managers to ensure all reporting and measurement goals are achieved.

Your work will require understanding OPUs high-level brand goals and low-level campaign KPIs to properly set up and maintain intuitive dashboards - these dashboards should enable post-campaign analytics, both at aggregate and customer level.


You will also make sure that the digital content provided by markets is properly tagged so that content level analysis is possible.

He/she will:

  • Ensure that campaigns are measured based on global standards.
  • Build and maintain intuitive campaign dashboards via Tableau that serve business needs as defined by the markets in the CX2 Campaign Playbook and with the input of the CX2 Campaign Management team.
  • Implement and validate tagging and ETL processes accurately to ensure data quality necessary for subsequent measurement.
  • Partner with CX global Analytics team to align and ensure data consistency on channels KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in business administration and strong affinity with tech or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.
  • 2+ years experience with digital analytics and reporting/dashboard tools (Adobe Analytics preferred and/or Google Analytics) and other BIG Data environments and/or databases, plus querying languages (i.e. SQL)
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a big plus
  • Programming language experience, such as R and Python.
  • Marketing knowledge (including deliverability and design best practices) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation with experience in Adobe Campaign or any other marketing automation tool is preferred.
  • The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English
  • Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.
  • Communicate effectively, collaboration skills, problem solving, selfmotivation and excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, thinking outofthebox with innovative ideas.
