May Descripción del Puesto: En GSK estamos en búsqueda de un/a Brand Lead Inmunología para liderar nuestro equipo de marketing especializado en productos hospitalarios.
Será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de producto, desarrollándola con el equipo Cross funcional y alineada con la estrategia global.

Liderar la estrategia de marketing: Crear y ejecutar estrategias de marca. Desarrollar la estrategia comercial en colaboración con la dirección de ventas, médico y acceso.
Manejo de stakeholders internos y externo:
Representar al área y las marcas en los foros nacionales/globales Liderar un Equipo: Gestionar y motivar a un equipo de marketing para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos
Trabajo Crossfuncional:
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, médico, acceso al mercado, entrenamiento, digital, BI y regulatorio para asegurar la coherencia y efectividad de las estrategias
Cumplimiento Normativo:
Mantenerse actualizado con las políticas comerciales de la compañía
¿Por qué tú?
Requisitos básicos: Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado. Experiencia dilatada en la industria farmacéutica en posiciones comerciales con un enfoque en productos hospitalarios y/o biológicos. Conocimiento profundo de estrategias de marketing digital y tradicional. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y negociación. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar y actuar sobre datos de mercado. Alto nivel de inglés.
Requisitos altamente valorables:
Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos Cross funcionales. Se valorará un título de posgrado.
