You will work on our clients' digital reinvention journeys across multiple stages of IBM's engagements, including:
- Analyzing clients' challenges and objectives
- Designing a digital target picture in line with client objectives, requirements and restrictions
- Evaluating initiatives based on solid business cases and KPIs
- Shaping a digitalization roadmap and accompanying the client throughout the implementation of envisioned initiatives

- Leading business development activities such as proposal development and shape future growth, driving 618 months out transformative agendas with our priority clients in the Government sector

- Landing and expanding new engagements, nurturing new and existing talent, and leading the way from consultative relationshipbuilding to shaping, proposing, delivery, and value assurance
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
- Inside the IBM Automation suit of products, knowledge about the integration portfolio: API Connect, IIB, ACE, APP Connect, Datapower or Event Streams. Knowledge of the Cloud Pak for Integration would be a key differentiator factor.
- Inside the IBM Automation suit of products, knowledge about the Business Automation portfolio: ODM, BPM, Filenet, DataCap, BAW. Knowledge of the Cloud Pak for Business Automation would be a key differentiator factor.
- Inside the IBM Automation suit of products, knowledge about the AIops portfolio: Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager (NCM), Instana Observability, Turbonomic Application Resource Management or SevOne Network Performance Management. Knowledge of the Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps Automation would be a key differentiator factor.
It is important to note that this positions is not a mere administrator for IBM products, the goal is to be able to install and configure the products in every level of detail.

- Proven track record and more than 5 years experience in a Consulting role implementing Enterprise Solutions
