BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Tu misión principal será asegurar y contribuir al posicionamiento de La Salle Campus Barcelona a través del desarrollo de un plan de relaciones y fidelización de escuelas, administraciones y organismos de educación. Identificando nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo y captación de potenciales nuevos alumnos de grado en el mercado nacional o internacional, de acuerdo con la estrategia y objetivos de matriculación del plan estratégico del campus.
Funciones principales:
- Selección de zonas geográficas, países, escuelas y organismos de acuerdo con la estrategia de marketing.
- Definición, planificación y ejecución del plan de actividades de divulgación y promoción de los programas a nível nacional e internacional.
- Relación con instituciones y administraciones que ofrecen becas y financiamiento para alumnos.
- Colaboración con organizaciones para organizar actividades conjuntas de divulgación o promoción de estudios.
- Proponer al/la responsable de políticas, normas y procedimiento académico para mejorar el customer expirience.
- Asesoramiento y seguimiento comercial de potenciales alumnos.
- Análisis de resultados, elaboración de informes y seguimiento de KPI's propios o del equipo.
Requisitos del perfil:

Formación:Titulación universitaria en ADE, MKT, Económica, Psicología, sociología o similar. Se valorará formación complementaria en orientaciones académica o máster en márquetin, comercial o ventas.

Experiência:Experiência mínima 5 años en el ámbito de admisiones en el sector educativo o en desarrollo de negocio en el sector educativo.

Idiomas:Catalán y Castellano, inglés nível alto (C1). Valorable otros idiomas.

Horario habitual:
1er semestre académico: 3 dias de 9:00h a 17:00h y 1 día de 12 a 20h. Viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h y cada 5 semanas un viernes de 20:00h a 20:00h
.
2ndo semestre académico: 2 dias de 9:00h a 17:00h y 2 días de 12 a 20h. Viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h y cada 5 semanas un viernes de 20:00h a 20:00h
.
- Disponibilidad para participar en ferias y actividades de promoción fuera del campus durante los fines de semana ocasionalmente.
