Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen
**VillaCircle Ambassador für die Region Mallorca (m/w/d)**, der als Repräsentant von VillaCircle die eigenständige Betreuung von Partnern wie Maklern und Bauträgern als auch unserer i.d.R. deutschsprachigen Immobilieninteressenten übernimmt.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich**:

- Du vermittelst Interessenten das Konzept von VillaCircle im telefonischen, schriftlichen und persönlichen Kontakt
- Du begleitest Interessenten durch Ihren kompletten Entscheidungsprozess. Begonnen beim Traum vom zweiten Zuhause, hin zur eigenen Ferienimmobilie im Mit-Eigentum (B2C)
- Du bringst Dich aktiv ein und unterstützt beim Gestalten und Entwickeln unserer Vertriebsstrategie
- Du hast Deine KPI's im Blick und bist stets aussagefähig gegenüber Deinen Leads
- Du unterstützt das Business Development, indem Du die Needs Deiner Kunden kommunizierst und dem Team so hilfst, die passenden Objekte für unsere Kunden zu finden

**Diese Qualifikationen bringst du mit**:

- Du hast Erfahrung mit hochwertigen Ferienimmobilien auf Mallorca und/oder Ibiza, idealerweise als Makler, Verwalter oder in der Hotellerie
- Ein hohes Maß an kommunikativer Kompetenz und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Spanisch
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Verhandlungs-, Beratungs
- oder Verkaufsprozessen und bist kontaktfreudig
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen
- Führerschein
- Als lokaler Repräsentant von VillaCircle übernimmst Du Verantwortung, arbeitest eigenständig und bist bereit, Dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln
