Understand customer insights and pass them to the business team.Understand key business metrics and create/maintain/improve customer insight reports.
Always with integrity and preserving thelegal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information and data privacy under GDPR, with specific emphasis on our customers.
- Support Regional Sales & Category teams with seamless Quote to Cash processes
- Facilitate disputes related conversations
Education and experience required:
First-level university degreeAdvanced understanding of HPs core processes and customer requirementsBroad operations background, AOM, CSSM or SC experience is an advantage3D Printing experience is an advantageCustomer focus and mentalityGrowth mindset; ability to make progress and proposal in an environment of non-standard processes and start up approach (learning by doing)Open minded and flexible to adapt to new way of doing thingsExcellent communication skills, negotiation and influencing skills.
