CARRY OUT THE BRAND SERVICES IN THE POINT OF SALE
• Carry out the make-up services proposed by the brand.
• Advise clients according to their needs and preferences
ENSURE THE CORRECT EXPRESSION OF THE BRAND AT THE POINT OF SALE
• Ensure excellence at the point of sale.
• Ensure that the visibility of the brand complies with the guidelines and the correct state of the materials.
• Organize and correctly implement the brand's retail guidelines.
• Report incidents
TRAIN AND MOTIVATE THE TEAM
• Ensure that the entire store team knows the brand and its products.
• Ensure the motivation of the team with the brand through training and different activities.
PREPARE MONITORING REPORTS
• Carry out a weekly sales report and follow-up of the point of sale.
• Share with the central team the latest trends, market news and the competition.
• Share product feedback with the core team

You have previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or as a Make up Artist Sales driven with a customer centric approach and highly responsive to customer experience and loyalty You have a great ambition to achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives established Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening skills. Effective communication, enhancer of teamwork, decisive person committed to their tasks and commitments. Flexible in working hours and tasks to be fulfilled.
