Nuestro partner cliente es una compañía de amplia experiência en el mercado IT y con una facturación anual que supera los 50 millones de euros.

Está compañía está especializada en el sector "banca y seguros" y cuenta con una división que actualmente se centra en la evolución de su propio producto financiero.

Esta división está enfocada a investigar, crear, explorar y diseñar soluciones y productos innovadores que impacten en el consumidor final.


Durante los últimos 5 años apuesta, además de por seguir dando soluciones técnicas óptimas en el mercado y mejorar su producto, por ser la pieza clave en compañías y proyectos de gran envergadura en su transformación digital.


Estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de una figura de Senior Manager (o Director) orientado a delivery: deberá dar soporte, liderar el día a día de los clientes y las tareas de cada área (será reportado por los responsables de cada una de las líneas).


Parte de su trabajo consistirá en liderar, evangelizar, implantar e impulsar metodologías de trabajo AGILE bajo una cultura devOps donde se fomente la capa relacional entre las áreas.


Requerimientos del perfil:

  • Graduado/Licenciado en Informática.
  • Mínimo de 8 años de experiência general en sector IT.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiência en la entrega de proyectos/soluciones endtoend orientados a negocio.
  • Experiência en la planificación, organización y gestión de múltiples proyectos grandes con diversos equipos multifuncionales.
  • Perfil flexible, capacidad de negociación, orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones ágiles, habituado al cambio, trabajar bajo presión, capacidad de relacionarse con diferentes Stakeholders tanto internos como externos...
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas (también en inglés hablado y escrito)

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Interlocución con managers internos (Clusters) y seguimiento de proyectos.
  • Ser el máximo responsable de las operaciones y Delivery del Producto.
  • Interlocución del día a día con el cliente, conocer su estado de satisfacción sobre las prácticas y encontrar vías de mejora.
  • Responsabilidad general sobre el PNL de los proyectos.
  • Creación, administración y gestión de RFPs, SLA, KPIs (gestión de terceros).


Así mismo, tendrá oportunidad para realizar prospectiva comercial de ampliación del servicio en proyectos en curso puntualizando que su rol no realiza parte de offerings ni preventa (pero podrá recibir compensaciones por estas ampliaciones).
