Tu misión principal será orientar las decisiones estratégicas a través del análisis de datos.
¿Cómo contribuirás a nuestra misión?
Apoyando a los equipos locales en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias de crecimiento en los mercados de Cabify. Definiendo y escalando iniciativas de crecimiento en todas las regiones de Cabify. Desarrollando y evaluando el éxito de nuevas tácticas de crecimiento. Monitoreando de forma regular el progreso del negocio y el desempeño de las iniciativas actuales. Profundizando en los datos para descubrir insights clave y oportunidades de crecimiento. Analizando datos complejos para respaldar decisiones comerciales. Comunicando de manera efectiva los insights identificados. Equilibrando múltiples proyectos y priorizando según el impacto en el negocio. Colaborando estrechamente con diversas áreas de la organización, incluyendo equipos locales, Producto, Marketing, Operaciones, Ciencia de Datos, Legal, entre otros.Requisitos:
Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Económicas, Marketing u otros campos relacionados. Experiencia previa de 2 a 3 años en roles de Analista, Growth, Consultoría o similares. Habilidad analítica y atención al detalle para interpretar datos complejos y extraer insights con precisión. Capacidad cuantitativa para trabajar con números, estadísticas y herramientas analíticas. Habilidad para resolver problemas, proponer soluciones y recomendar la más adecuada. Capacidad para comunicar insights de forma comprensible para stakeholders no técnicos. Excelente gestión del tiempo y priorización de tareas. Conocimientos de herramientas de análisis y dominio de Google Sheets. Nivel mínimo de inglés B2.Beneficios:
