The Growth team is responsible for promoting the company's business plan across all markets and ensuring that our partners perform as expected, helping them grow within the company. Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the company's business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a Growth Strategy Analyst to help drive the company's business plan across all markets. As a key member of the Growth team, you will utilize industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions, define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations, and work across different markets and teams to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and execute successful growth strategies
- Utilize industry trends and the latest technology to inform business decisions
- Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and implement new business initiatives
**Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role
- Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy
- Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions
- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience
- Advanced English speaker, with Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese a plus
- Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities
