Dentro de la Unidad de Oncología y en dependencia directa de la Dirección de Oncología en España, tu misión será la de proporcionar apoyo administrativo en la Oncology Business Unit.


Principales responsabilidades / funciones

1. Gestión de proveedores

  • Altas y reactivación HCPs, HCOs y Entidades sanitarias en SAP
  • Altas HCOs en AZ clientes
  • 3PRM, seguimiento y verificación
  • Altas proveedores externos
  • Cambios cuentas bancarias proveedores
  • Otros varios relacionados con pedidos proveedores
  • Coordinación con el pool de supervisión pedidos para todos los pedidos y posibles desviaciones pedido/factura

2. Gestión de patrocinios y contratos

  • Gestión de contratos de HCPs en la herramienta y envío de contratos en docusign a HCPs. Gestión pedidos. Posterior envío de autofactura para firmar y contabilizar
  • Todos los patrocinios y convenios de colaboración: herramienta, envío en docusign, gestión de pedido, recibí (convenios) y facturas (patrocinios)
  • Contratos de Coorganización y contratos de servicios

3. Gestión de inscripciones e invitaciones

  • Gestión Inscripciones gratuitas Staff y HCPs en congresos nacionales
  • Invitaciones congresos nacionales
  • Invitaciones congresos internacionales
  • Gestión logística congresos nacionales

4. Gestión de materiales

  • Documentación CAM. Preparación de formularios
  • Envío de materiales delegados (gestión imprentaalmacéndelegado)
  • Veeva promomats

5. Compliance

  • Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta).

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • Formación: Licenciatura/Formación en Secretariado/ Administrativo
  • Informática: Office nível avanzado
  • Experiência: mínimo 2 años de experiência como Personal Assistant/ Soporte Administrativo
  • Inglés: B2
  • Skills: Alta capacidad de comunicación, influencia y gestión interpersonal, alta capacidad de coordinación y gestión de prioridades, actitud positiva y flexible, foco en la calidad y mejora continua de su actividad, capacidad para desarrollo de actividades bajo presión, conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos y herramientas digitales.
  • Posesión de certificado de discapacidad 33%
