Bajo la supervisión del Manager de Cegid Tax Ultimate en España formaras parte del equipo Tax Software constituido por 3 personas y darás soporte a nuestros clientes para la solución SaaS Cegid Tax Ultimate.


Cegid Tax Ultimate es una solución SaaS destinado a grandes empresas españolas que les permite controlar, simular, supervisar y optimizar el cálculo del impuesto de sociedades consolidado.


Como Technical Support Engineer Tax tendrás que:

  • Garantizar el seguimiento de las consultas de los clientes respetando las instrucciones dadas,
  • Aplicar diariamente las buenas prácticas de atención al cliente y ser el garante de la satisfacción del cliente a través de sus respuestas y acciones,
  • Avisar de llamadas repetitivas e informar a la jerarquía en caso de dificultades, riesgos o anomalías,
  • Redactar FAQs (preguntas más frecuentes) y contribuir a la creación de conocimiento
  • Contribuir al negocio mediante la promoción y la venta de servicios adicionales,
  • Informar de su actividad con las herramientas disponibles.

Perfil:

  • Tienes un Máster en fiscalidad o un título en tributación o contabilidad
  • Has tenido una experiência significativa de 1 a 3 años en el sector de la fiscalidad (preferiblemente en impuesto de sociedades),
  • Eres un buen comunicador y tienes habilidades interpersonales con capacidad de síntesis,
  • Te comprometes a entender las necesidades de nuestros clientes mediante una respuesta funcional y técnica. El servicio al cliente está en el centro de tus valores,
  • Tienes habilidades informáticas o tienes algunos conocimientos en el sector de los ERP como el nuestro (Cegid Tax Ultimate),
  • Tienes un nível profesional de inglés o de francés que te permitirá comunicar con una parte del equipo que está ubicada en Francia.
