As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.As a part of this, Service Management Office supports the Service business management by providing complete and comprehensive analysis based on a deep understanding of the business lines' needs and company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Service team by ensuring correct and efficient data analysisAnalyze and explain business trends from a wide point of view, including financial, commercial, and operational perspectives
- Ensure data quality and timely updates for those databases used in the department
- Improve processes by providing creative and efficient tools and solutions, ensuring the best performance and results quality
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Econonomy or Business Administration
- Good communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken)
Competencies
- Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way, both written and verbal
- Financial knowledge (P&L, IFRS principles).
- MS Excel & VBA (Pivot tables, Formulas, Macros) and PowerPoint
- Data Analysis & Business Intelligence (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, DAX language, Start/Snowflake schema)
It's an added value to have knowledge about:
- SQL
- Python programming (Pandas, Numpy)
