Thefirst store offersa curated and elevatedselection ofvintage luxuryfashion, unique home decor items, jewellery and fashion accessories with a focus on sourcing new luxury artisanal brands and makers,negotiating terms, pricing architecture, margin management andreplenishmentto maximise seasonalsales.

The goal is to ensure a balanced and cohesive product selection that reflects the overarching business vision andaligns with the expectations of an exclusive luxury clientele.

The second part of the role supports the second store in thedelivery and tradingof an exclusive Men's & Women'sReady-to-WearcollectionthatharnessesItalian craftsmanshipandreimagines upcycled fabrics commissioned by the luxury fashion houses to create an elevated fusion of artisanal refinement.


The successful individual must be eligible tolive and work in Ibizaand be fully fluent in written and spokenEnglishwith at least 6 yearsof experience in luxuryfashion wholesale, buying, project managementor brand management.

This is a dynamic hands-on role in an entrepreneurial business therefore you must be hands-on, highly organised andproactive inanticipating, prioritising and responding tobusiness needs and requests.

An understanding ofrefined artisanal luxury with asharp eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced Excel skillsand the ability to work effectively with co-workers, senior management,brands, artisanal makersand external partners is essential.

Key Accountabilities Understand the values and vision of each concept store and the potential as a highly sought-aftertrading destination for third-party brands and makers andexclusiveown-brand products.

Own the pre-season strategy and support in-season trading working with around ten to fifteen third-partybrands on consignment. Manage the budget for own-brand merchandiseand one supplier.

For the third-party brand selection, conduct and align product research and sourcing activity across fashion, accessories, homeware and interiors with the vision of the co-founder and the luxury and exclusive nature of the clientele and location.

Manage the brand partnership process finalising terms,product selection, minimums, pricing, lead times and shippingtoachieve financial targets.
Manage the pricing, shipping, coding, sales analysis andreplenishmentfor the RTW collection.

Build strong relationships with brands and artisanalmakers from initial sourcing and negotiation of prices, lead times and quantities to shipping.

Support the negotiation and management of any limited edition, re-edition and exclusive product deals.
Seasonal budgeting by gender, brand and category aligned with the
financial goals and strategy of the concept stores. Monitor the delivery of goods directly with brands to ensure appropriate timing to maximise trading opportunities. Managein-season replenishment and sell-through analysis. Weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting.

Collaborate closely with the retail teamon inventory control, stock management, budgets and targets, team initiatives, CRM, client experience, shipping/receiving and VM.

Provide store training on seasonal merchandise. Maintain effective, organised and efficient back-office systems and processes. Flexible to travel for future store openings.

Essential Skills A brand, buying, project managementor wholesale professional with at least 5 years of experience, 2 years at manager level in contemporary or luxury fashion.

Excellent fully fluent spoken and written English skills are essential. Strong understanding of financials and retail maths with the ability to manage profitability.

Experience managing budgets, negotiating trading terms and managing the A-Z of product from selection to delivery including, margins, pricing, quality, minimums and lead times.

Ability to build effective relationships with senior management and retail teams. Excellent diplomacy, communication and presentation skills. Ability to remain flexible and adjust priorities to handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and forward-thinking. Hands-on and highly organised with exceptional time management ability. Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills. Advanced Excel skills, comfortable preparing, formatting and analysing data. Familiar with GSuite. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic. A full driving license and a car are essential in Ibiza.
