The Brand Buyer is responsible for the product planning, pricing architecture, replenishment and trading analysis for two highly successful concept stores in Ibiza with plans for international growth in 2024 and 2025, reporting to the Co-Founder.

The first store offers a curated and elevated selection of vintage luxury fashion, unique home decor items, jewellery and fashion accessories with a focus on sourcing new luxury artisanal brands and makers, negotiating terms, pricing architecture, margin management and replenishment to maximise seasonal sales.

The goal is to ensure a balanced and cohesive product selection that reflects the overarching business vision and aligns with the expectations of an exclusive luxury clientele.


The second part of the role supports the second store in the delivery and trading of an exclusive Men's & Women's Ready-to-Wear collection that harnesses Italian craftsmanship and reimagines upcycled fabrics commissioned by the luxury fashion houses to create an elevated fusion of artisanal refinement.


The successful individual must be eligible to live and work in Ibiza
and be fully fluent in written and spoken English with at least 6 years of experience in luxury fashion wholesale, buying or brand management.


This is a dynamic hands-on role in an entrepreneurial business therefore you must be hands-on, highly organised and proactive in anticipating, prioritising and responding to business needs and requests.


An understanding of refined artisanal luxury with a sharp eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with co-workers, senior management, brands, artisanal makers and external partners is essential.


Key Accountabilities

  • Understand the values and vision of each concept store and the potential as a highly soughtafter trading destination for thirdparty brands and makers and exclusive ownbrand products.
  • Own the preseason strategy and support inseason trading working with around ten to fifteen thirdparty brands on consignment.
  • Manage the budget for ownbrand merchandise and one supplier.
  • For the thirdparty brand selection, conduct and align product research and sourcing activity across fashion, accessories, homeware and interiors with the vision of the cofounder and the luxury and exclusive nature of the clientele and location.
  • Manage the brand partnership process finalising terms, product selection, minimums, pricing, lead times and shipping to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage the pricing, shipping, coding, sales analysis and replenishment for the RTW collection.
  • Build strong relationships with brands and artisanal makers from initial sourcing and negotiation of prices, lead times and quantities to shipping.
  • Support the negotiation and management of any limited edition, reedition and exclusive product deals.
  • Seasonal budgeting by gender, brand and category aligned with the
financial goals and strategy of the concept stores.

  • Monitor the delivery of goods directly with brands to ensure appropriate timing to maximise trading opportunities.
  • Manage inseason replenishment and sellthrough analysis.
  • Weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail team on inventory control, stock management, budgets and targets, team initiatives, CRM, client experience, shipping/receiving and VM.
  • Provide store training on seasonal merchandise.
  • Maintain effective, organised and efficient backoffice systems and processes.
  • Flexible to travel for future store openings.

Essential Skills

  • A brand, buying or wholesale professional with at least 5 years of experience, 2 years at manager level in contemporary or luxury fashion.
  • Excellent fully fluent spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of financials and retail maths with the ability to manage profitability.
  • Experience managing budgets, negotiating trading terms and managing the A-Z of product from selection to delivery including, margins, pricing, quality, minimums and lead times.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with senior management and retail teams.
  • Excellent diplomacy, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adjust priorities to handle time wisely in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive and forwardthinking.
  • Handson and highly organised with exceptional time management ability.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, comfortable preparing, formatting and analysing data.
  • Familiar with GSuite.
  • Selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • A full driving license and a car are essential in Ibiza.
