Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the C-Suite's daily calendar
  • Manage and arrange travel for the C-Suite
  • Track C-Suite's expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Write correspondence and other documents as requested
  • Support meeting preparations and organizational communication
  • Provide support to fundcraft's Board of Directors
  • Serve as a point of contact for office vendors
  • Monitor office machines and systems
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and implement office procedures
  • Provide event support and planning
Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Google workspace
  • Strong commitment to the mission and goals of the organization

Preferred:
Senior administrative assistant support experience

Preferred:
Knowledge of French
