Job Title: Key Customer Manager

Job Description:

  • Builds relations with key customers/stakeholders.
  • Support the area to achieve sales and distribution goals for key customers.
  • Develop annual business plans for key customers according to the Company Strategy.
  • Analyze performance trends and define action plans for improvement.
  • Understand customer's needs and recommend business solutions.
  • Visit stores to understand business dynamics.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Customer Strategic Commercial Plan.
  • Collaborate with different teams to optimize trade spending and develop pricing strategies.
  • Monitor sales targets and control promotional activities.
  • Create reports to measure account performance and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage commercial communication to support supply chain.
  • Enhance customer intelligence and market performance.

Educational Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Advanced English Level.
  • Proficient in Nielsen data management, Microsoft Office Tools, and Google Tools.

Travel Requirements:

Expected percentage of travel: 10% to 20%

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: Disclosed during interview process.
