We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Czech or Slovak and English to join the Customer Service team for Compressed Air and Process Filtration in Terrassa, Barcelona.

The chosen candidate will handle customer purchase orders and build strong relationships with assigned accounts to assist the sales team in expanding market presence in the CEE region, particularly in Hungary, Slovakia, and Czech Republic.

This role requires individuals with exceptional communication and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, monitor, and follow-up on customer purchase orders
  • Provide effective service and administrative support for assigned customers
  • Ensure delivery commitments to customers and track order activities to promptly address any discrepancies with customers and the sales team
  • Manage invoice generation, corrections, and material return processes
  • Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, lead-time, product availability, and maintain strong customer relationships through efficient and friendly communication
  • Collaborate internally with departments like sales, logistics, finance, and production to keep everyone informed about customer activities

Relevant Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM is advantageous
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English
  • Adaptability, multitasking abilities, time management skills, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to make decisions, work well in a team, and be proactive
