Como líder de este establecimiento de renombre, serás responsable de supervisar todas las operaciones del hotel y garantizar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros huéspedes.

Supervisar y dirigir todas las operaciones del hotel, incluyendo alojamiento, alimentos y bebidas, mantenimiento, ventas y marketing.
Garantizar altos estándares de calidad y servicio en todas las áreas del hotel.
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para aumentar la satisfacción del cliente y mejorar la rentabilidad.
Liderar y motivar a un equipo diverso de profesionales hoteleros para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Mantener relaciones efectivas con los huéspedes, proveedores y otras partes interesadas.
Gestionar eficazmente el presupuesto y los recursos del hotel para lograr resultados financieros sólidos.
Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de eventos y actividades especiales.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones y normativas de la industria hotelera.
Experiencia previa como Gerente General o en un puesto de liderazgo similar en la industria hotelera.
Excelentes habilidades de gestión y liderazgo, con la capacidad de inspirar y motivar a un equipo.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
Orientación a resultados y capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
Conocimiento profundo de las operaciones hoteleras y las tendencias del mercado.

Fluidez en inglés y español (se valorarán otros idiomas).Disponibilidad para residir en Mallorca y trabajar en un entorno dinámico y exigente.
